What is your music about?
Dream pop / Shoegaze
What are your goals as an artist artistically/commercially?
My Bloody Valentine´s experimentation mixed with Elliott Smith´s emotion
Who would you want as a dream producer, and why?
Maybe a Hip Hop Producer (or some other music gender than mine) to give me some idea I wouldn´t think about
What are you trying to avoid as a band?
To repeat myself, to be too obvious
Explain your songwriting process.
The Music goes first always , it can be influenced by movies , music , books , Once I have a kind of melody , I start singing “catharsis” without any text and see which words come to my mouth first and in general it defines the idea of the song
Why do you make the music you make? Is it in you? Is it your environment?
This is something really natural , I can record 3 songs in a few hours and nothing during weeks , but at the end something always show up , a melody grows into my mind and I need to record it ( sometimes I record it with my cell phones only whispering in order to not forget it )
Describe your palette of sound.
Dreamy, indie and kinda rock too
If you could guest on someone else’s album, who would it be and why? What would you play?
Pavement before they split, Anything they would have wanted me to do, even shaking the tambourine
What musical skills would you like to acquire or get better at?
I´m still struggling with Mixing/Mastering part, I manage a low budget and sometimes the sound is not the way I would like it to be, but that´s the fun part of the DIY creation too
Which other musician/artist would you date?
Kim Gordon
Is there a band that if they didn’t exist you wouldn’t be making the music you make?
I guess Joy Division has been a huge influence with the guitar lines, and not only playing full chords, this changed my way of building melodies differently
