And in no particular order:

An Epic Dreamgaze track from and Epic album released earlier this year by Dead Leaf Echo (Brooklyn)

From Cape Town, South Africa, HONEYMOAN explores ‘Funky bass driven tracks to alt-pop anthems with nods to shoegaze, psych rock and RnB’. This tune is probably the most Shogazey, but you can discover some other altpop little gems.

One of the most beautiful songs this year, by Just Like Honey. reminds me of some of the best Cardigans.

Capitol is a five-piece indie project from Ontario, Canada, influenced by an array of genres from 70s punk to modern indie rock, and “Dream Noise”.

Erring on the Blackgaze / Alt rock side of things, KØDE (Switzerland) just released their first album, 'Discrete Transformation'. Follow Saskia beautiful voice and the band’s music to the dark side.

Margaret, a band from France released a great little EP in 2018 mixing several genres in the alt rock / noise pop genres. Really good. judge by yourself with this cover of Girls Against Boys:

New Album from Mexico with Spray Canela. A little gem whirling through reverb music and psych / prog rock.

From the Americans of Angel Falls a song where the arrangements and instrument progression is very different. Judge for yourself.

This song is on the Folk Side. Funeral Lakes’ project, hailing from Canada, is to sensitives listeners about the climate crisis, the environment and mental health. Good song and good lyrics can do that.

From the Japanese Shoegazers from Nurse, a mad song, with a very different take on the vocal production. Either you love it of hate it. No middle ground there. I love it! (thank to the FB Group Japan Shoegaze for the recommendation)
